- If you have any inquiries about the available space, you can directly fill out the reservation form (click “Fill out directly”). Our staff will contact you later, or you can leave a message and proceed. If there are no staff members present, our live customer service will assist you remotely. After successfully making a payment online, we will inform you which classroom you can use.
- After successfully reserving a spot with credit card payment (please screenshot and send it back), our customer service will send you the instructions for luggage storage and directions.
- Within the specified time, store your luggage and receive the electronic lock password either immediately or afterwards.
- Within the specified time, input the electronic lock password to retrieve your luggage.
- After retrieving your luggage, please close the door, turn off the lights, and inform us that you have collected your belongings before leaving the premises.
If you’re coming to collect your belongings at night :
Your luggage from each group will be allocated to empty classrooms.
Separate storage ensures items are not mistakenly taken.
There are three ways to collect your luggage :
- You can set the electronic lock in the designated classrooms on-site, allowing you to retrieve your luggage by entering the code within the specified time.
- For self-service travelers, please join Line or FB Messages in advance. A live customer service representative will guide you online on how to unlock the electronic lock, or you can inform them upon arrival for remote unlocking assistance.
- For guests with a Taiwan mobile phone, upon arrival at the JR Business Center, please call customer service, and they will assist you in remotely unlocking the lock.

Precautions for Reserving Luggage Storage at JR Business Center North Station Hall, Taipei Main Station:
- It is strictly prohibited to store perishable, flammable, explosive, hazardous materials, items violating laws, public order, or any other unsuitable items for storage. Cash, jewelry, ornaments, ATM cards, negotiable securities, and other high-value items are also not accepted for storage.
- For items left unclaimed for more than 24 hours, the management reserves the right to dispose of them without liability for compensation.
- Same-day reservations are non-refundable, but cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice are eligible for a refund.

24 Hours: 300 NTD, Additional 50 NTD per day after 24 hours.
For small luggage stored beyond 24 hours, it’s an additional 50 NTD per day, so you can store it for as many days as you need!
Large luggage refers to suitcases 26 inches or larger or with dimensions greater than 150 centimeters in length, width, and height.
3 Hours: 100 NTD, 6 Hours: 200 NTD, 9 Hours: 250 NTD, 12 Hours: 300 NTD,
24 Hours: 400 NTD, Additional 100 NTD per day after 24 hours.
For large luggage stored beyond 24 hours, it’s an additional 100 NTD per day, so you can store it for as many days as you need! The longer you store, the more cost-effective it is.
Travelers with long-term luggage storage needs or business travelers are welcome to consider this option.

1. In the Z Zone of the underground mall, walk to the elevator located between Z2 and Z4 and take it upstairs.
2. After taking the elevator up, head in the direction of the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store.
3. Walk through the middle passage between the FamilyMart convenience store and Shin Kong Mitsukoshi.
4. Continue straight through the middle passage between FamilyMart and Shin Kong Mitsukoshi until you reach the end, which leads to Xuchang Street.
5. The entrance is located right between Guang Nan and Mega International Commercial Bank.
6. Upon seeing a pink entrance, walk straight to the end to find the building on your left hand side.
7. A few steps up and you’re almost there.

Originally a shared space, the JR Business Center near the Taipei Main Station and Shin Kong Mitsukoshi became a favorite among shared space users due to its convenient location at Taipei Main Station.
The high foot traffic in this shared space led to an increase in storage requests:
- Instructors needed a place to store their teaching materials.
- Students required storage for their personal items.
- There was a demand for storing teaching aids and large teaching materials for long-term classes.
- Additionally, during weekends and holidays, there was an urgent need for luggage storage from international travelers, especially when lockers at Taipei Main Station were fully occupied.
Our initial setup of four lockers was insufficient to meet these needs. To address this, we expanded our services by opening unused classrooms and adding a luggage room.
After continuous optimization, the positive feedback and enthusiastic responses have been overwhelming.
