Rule
1. Classrooms take 4 hours as a session, and less than 4 hours are still counted as a session.
2. The cleaning fee for less than 50 ppl is NT$1000, 51-100 ppl is NT$1500, 101-150 ppl is NT$2000, 151-200 ppl is NT$2500.
3. The deposit for dining in the classroom isNT$3,000 yuan. If the activity is classified correctly and the classroom is kept clean, the deposit will be refunded 7-10 working days after the activity.
4. Do not graffiti on the tables and chairs.
5. Electrical equipment such as projectors/wireless microphones/air-conditioning switches/light switches must be turned off before leaving.
6. After the classroom is booked, it is not possible to cancel the subscription. Please inform 7 working days in advance, and an extension can be arranged.
7. On the day of the classroom reservation, if the government announces the suspension of classes, another arrangement can be made to postpone it.
8. There will be special personnel on site to guide the venue rental. Tables and chairs in the venue can be placed according to the needs of the event. Please restore them before leaving. If you need someone to arrange tables and chairs, please apply in advance.
9. Please take away the garbage, bento, and drinks before leaving. If there is any dirt or the garbage is not taken away, an additional cleaning fee of 1,000 yuan will be charged.
